  For the servers to be monitored by MonNET, it supports:
Windows
  • Windows NT 4.0 Server (service pack 6a)
  • Windows 2000 Server (service pack 3)
  • Windows 2003 Server
NetWare
  • NetWare 5.1 (service pack 5)
  • NetWare 6.0 (service pack 2)
  
WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS
  MonNET runs on a single workstation PC. The software has been tested under the following environments:
  • Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6a
  • Windows 2000 service pack 3
  • Windows XP service pack 1
For the NetWare version of MonNET, the monitoring workstation needs the Novell Client and has been tested with version 4.83, service pack 1. The account used for the MonNET PC must be designated a file server operator for the servers to be monitored. Also, you must maintain a mapped drive to each server to be monitored.
